Recipe for the whole family: Rice pudding with baked apple:
Today we have a delicious recipe for the whole family that won't just delight the little ones! Our new "Baked Apple" jar adds a magically sweet touch to rice pudding. Warm, creamy rice pudding with the festive garnet-red hue of our baked apple is just the thing for the cold season.
Ingredients:
- 250 g rice pudding
- 1L – 1,2 L Milch
- 2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1 tsp freshly ground vanilla
- 1 apple
Toppings:
- Almond butter white, for example, Koro
- our ORGANIC Roasted Apple
- Almond flakes
Preparation:

Heat the pot to medium heat and add 500 ml of milk. Add the cinnamon and vanilla and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the rice pudding.

Reduce the heat to low. Simmer the rice pudding for about 40 to 45 minutes. After the rice pudding has absorbed the milk, stir and add the remaining milk as needed.

Towards the end of the cooking time, peel the apple, grate it coarsely and add it to the rice pudding.
