Festive finale: Poppeditzje's ORGANIC baked apple tiramisu

Preparation: Baked Apple Tiramisu
For 3 servings in a 200 ml glass
Ingredients:
- 1 Gläschen Bratapfel
- 30 g spelt rusk
- 80 ml milk
- 170 g Quark (40%)
- 1 apple (approx. 120 g)
- ½ tsp coconut oil for the pan
- 1-2 tsp almond flakes
- Ceylon cinnamon and ground vanilla to taste
- Optional: Add honey to the curd for more sweetness (honey is only recommended for children over 1 year old)
Preparation:

Cut the spelt rusks into a bowl, mix with 80 ml of milk and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Stir the quark until smooth and season with vanilla and cinnamon.

Wash and core the apple, then cut it into small, bite-sized cubes. Sauté the apples in a pan lightly greased with coconut oil until soft. Season with vanilla and cinnamon, if desired.

Finally, all ingredients and the ORGANIC Roasted Apple Layer as desired in the glass and top with the apple cubes and almond flakes.
Note: The baked apple tiramisu will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
